Back in the Saddle

My life would be so much easier if I didn't stop and restart things so frequently. With 37 days left until the Gulf Coast Interstate Relay, I have gotten back into running and can sustain a 10:45 minute mile for 3 miles. This would be awesome if my longest leg was 3 miles, which it is not. Alas! I am finding myself at the 9th hour with my proverbial nose to the grindstone trying to make this happen. At the very least, the polar vortex has gone back to the depths of Hell allowing me to do some consistent running. Also, I need to give a shout out to the world's most supportive boyfriend who is not only running this race with me, but is diligent in dragging me out and making me run. Training updates on the horizon.
